Terms of sale
Last updated: 19 August 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern business-to-consumer sales of physical goods through https://nlimmobishop.com for delivery in France. They apply to the exclusion of any conflicting customer terms, subject to mandatory law. Before placing an order, the customer can read, save and print these terms and must accept them through the checkout mechanism. The applicable version is the version made available when the order is placed.
2. Seller
Seller: NL IMMOBILIER, SAS with capital of EUR 1,000, registered office at 38 Rue d'Emeraude, 35350 Saint-Meloir-des-Ondes, France; SIREN 887 716 207; SIRET 887 716 207 00022; RCS Saint-Malo 887 716 207; VAT FR53 887716207. Email: support@nlimmobishop.com. Contact: https://nlimmobishop.com/pages/contact. Customer service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. France local time, excluding public holidays.
3. Products
The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Photographs support the description but screen settings and lighting may cause minor visual differences. Customers must review dimensions, materials, intended use and compatibility before ordering. Product descriptions do not exclude mandatory conformity obligations.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable French VAT unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown before the customer confirms payment. NL IMMOBILIER may change prices prospectively, but the price charged for an accepted order is the price shown at checkout, subject to correction of an obvious error in accordance with applicable law.
5. Ordering process and contract formation
The customer selects products, reviews the cart, provides accurate billing and delivery information, reviews the total price and delivery terms, corrects any input errors, accepts the applicable terms and submits payment. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute acceptance where additional verification is reasonably required. The sales contract is concluded when NL IMMOBILIER confirms acceptance or dispatch, subject to mandatory law. The order confirmation is sent electronically and should be retained.
6. Availability and refusal
Products are offered subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will inform the customer and refund the unavailable amount without undue delay. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, objective fraud indicators, an obvious pricing error, unlawful conduct or inability to deliver, while respecting non-discrimination and consumer law.
7. Payment
Payment is accepted by Visa and Mastercard through the secure payment options displayed at checkout. Payment is due when the order is submitted unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Card details are processed by the relevant payment service provider and are not stored in full by NL IMMOBILIER. The customer confirms authorisation to use the selected payment method.
8. Delivery
Orders are delivered only in France under the Shipping Policy at https://nlimmobishop.com/policies/shipping-policy. Processing normally takes 1 to 3 business days and delivery after dispatch is estimated at 3 to 5 business days. Standard tracked shipping costs EUR 7.99 and is free for an eligible merchandise subtotal of EUR 65.00 or more after discounts. Tracking is provided where available.
The seller bears the risk until the customer or a designated third party other than the carrier takes physical possession, except where the customer independently commissions a carrier not proposed by the seller. The customer must provide an accurate and accessible delivery address.
9. Right of withdrawal
A consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods to notify NL IMMOBILIER of the decision to withdraw without giving a reason. The consumer may use the free online withdrawal functionality at https://nlimmobishop.com/pages/withdrawal-request, email support@nlimmobishop.com or submit an unambiguous statement through https://nlimmobishop.com/pages/contact. The consumer then returns the goods within 14 days after sending the withdrawal notice to the registered office address stated above.
Except where the return is caused by the seller, the consumer bears the direct return cost. No restocking fee is charged. The consumer may be liable for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
10. Withdrawal exclusions
The statutory withdrawal right does not apply where an exception under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code applies, including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly and sealed hygiene or health-protection goods once unsealed. These exclusions do not remove rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.
11. Withdrawal refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, NL IMMOBILIER refunds the amounts paid for the returned goods and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery method, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without cost. Additional charges for a more expensive chosen delivery method are not refunded. The refund is issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notice of withdrawal, but may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is supplied, whichever occurs first.
12. Legal guarantee of conformity
The consumer benefits from the French legal guarantee of conformity under Articles L217-3 and following of the Consumer Code. The seller is liable for a lack of conformity existing at delivery that becomes apparent within the statutory period, generally two years from delivery for new goods. Subject to legal conditions, the consumer may request repair or replacement and, where those remedies are impossible, disproportionate, refused or not completed within the legally required conditions, may request a price reduction or cancellation of the sale. This guarantee applies independently of any commercial warranty and without charge to the consumer.

13. Hidden defects
The consumer also benefits from the guarantee against hidden defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code. Where a hidden defect makes the product unfit for its intended use or so reduces that use that the consumer would not have purchased it, or would have paid less, the consumer may choose the remedies provided by law. The action must generally be brought within two years after discovery of the defect, subject to applicable limitation rules.
14. Liability and force majeure
NL IMMOBILIER is responsible for performing its contractual obligations in accordance with mandatory law. It is not liable for failure caused by the customer's act, an unforeseeable and unavoidable act of a third party, or force majeure as legally defined. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury, mandatory product liability, statutory guarantees or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Personal data and intellectual property
Personal data is processed according to https://nlimmobishop.com/policies/privacy-policy. The website and product content remain protected as stated in https://nlimmobishop.com/pages/legal-notice. Purchase of a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in product designs, photographs, text or brand assets.
16. Complaints
Complaints should first be submitted in writing to support@nlimmobishop.com or https://nlimmobishop.com/pages/contact, with the order number and supporting information.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and resulting sales contracts are governed by French law. Consumers retain mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence where applicable. Any dispute may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer and civil procedure rules.
18. Evidence, severability and updates
Electronic order records, confirmations and payment records may be used as evidence in accordance with applicable law. If one clause is invalid, the remaining clauses continue to apply to the extent legally possible. Changes apply only prospectively; the terms accepted when an order was placed remain applicable to that order.
