Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to physical products purchased by consumers through https://nlimmobishop.com and delivered in France. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the day you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods to notify us that you are exercising your right of withdrawal, without giving a reason. If one order is delivered in several separate shipments, the period begins when the last item, lot or piece is received.

Your notice should clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the contract and include your full name, email address, order number, the item or items concerned and the date of receipt. We will acknowledge an online withdrawal request on a durable medium.

2. Returning the goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after sending your withdrawal notice. Returns must be sent to:

Use a tracked delivery service and retain proof of dispatch until the refund is completed. You are responsible for the return parcel until it reaches us.

3. Return condition
You may inspect the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning, as you would in a physical shop. Please return all supplied parts, instructions, accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary for this inspection. This is not a restocking fee.

4. Return costs
Unless the return results from our error, a non-conforming product, an incorrect item, a product damaged before delivery or another cause attributable to us, you are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. NL IMMOBILIER does not charge a restocking fee. When the return is caused by us, contact support before sending the parcel so that we can provide appropriate return instructions or a prepaid method where available.

5. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception applies, including goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. An item is not excluded merely because it is described as special, promotional or final sale. Your statutory rights for defective or non-conforming goods always remain unaffected.

6. Refunds
When a valid withdrawal is exercised, we will refund all payments received for the returned goods, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method. Any additional amount resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method is not refundable.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3 business days. Your bank or card issuer may then need additional time to display the credit.

In any event, the refund will be issued no later than 14 calendar days after we are informed of your withdrawal, as required by French consumer law. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

7. Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products
If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the parcel and product where possible. Do not discard the packaging until we have reviewed the claim. A request for prompt notice helps us investigate carrier damage but does not reduce any mandatory legal warranty or consumer right.

8. Exchanges and cancellations
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. Where appropriate, we may ask you to return the product for a refund and place a new order. If you request cancellation before dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to stop shipment; if the order has already been dispatched, the withdrawal procedure above applies.

9. Legal guarantees
The 14-day withdrawal right is separate from the French legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
